This privacy policy describes how the site nutriton-sante.com (hereinafter « the Site ») collects, uses and protects its visitors’ personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés) of 6 January 1978, as amended.
Data controller
The data controller is the publisher of the Site, whose full identity is given on the Legal notice page.
For any question about your personal data or to exercise your rights, you can contact the publisher at: contact@nutriton-sante.com
Data collected and purposes
1. Audience measurement (Google Analytics 4)
The Site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) and Google LLC (United States), to analyse traffic and use of the Site: pages viewed, visit duration, traffic source, device type, aggregated browsing data.
This data is collected through cookies placed only after your consent, given via the cookie banner displayed on your first visit. IP addresses are processed in such a way that they do not allow you to be directly identified.
Legal basis: your consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Retention period: user-level and event-level data is kept by Google Analytics for a maximum of 14 months.
2. Email correspondence
When you contact the publisher by email, the data you send (email address, content of the message) is used only to process and reply to your request.
Legal basis: the data controller’s legitimate interest in replying to the requests sent to it (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
Retention period: the time needed to process the request, then a maximum of 3 years from the last contact.
3. Connection logs (server logs)
Like any website, the Site automatically records connection logs via its host (IP address, date and time, pages requested, browser). This data is used solely to ensure the security and proper functioning of the Site.
Legal basis: the data controller’s legitimate interest in guaranteeing the security of the Site (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
Retention period: in line with the host’s practices, within the limits of the legal retention periods.
Cookies and trackers
A cookie is a small file placed on your device (computer, mobile, tablet) when you visit a site. The Site uses the following categories of cookies:
Strictly necessary cookies: essential for the Site to work (for example, saving your cookie choices). They do not require consent and cannot be disabled.
Audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity): placed only with your consent, they are used to produce anonymised traffic statistics (cookies such as _ga, _ga_* for Google Analytics, _clck and _clsk for Microsoft Clarity). Microsoft Clarity also records click and scroll maps to improve the Site’s usability; input fields are masked.
Third-party cookies linked to partnerships: some affiliate links on the Site may, when clicked, cause partner platforms to place cookies in order to attribute commissions. These cookies are governed by the privacy policies of the destination sites.
On your first visit, the cookie banner lets you accept or refuse non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time via the « Cookies » link at the bottom of every page, or by configuring your browser to refuse cookies. Your consent is requested again periodically, in line with the recommendations of the CNIL (the French data protection authority).
Recipients of the data
The data collected is intended exclusively for the publisher of the Site and its technical subcontractors:
- MassiveHoster (Kim Communication LP), the Site’s host, whose storage infrastructure is located in France (OVH data centres);
- Google (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC), for the Google Analytics 4 audience measurement service;
- Microsoft (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited / Microsoft Corporation), for the Microsoft Clarity usage analysis service.
No personal data is sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
Transfers of data outside the European Union
When using Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, some data may be transferred to the United States. Google LLC and Microsoft Corporation are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which provides the legal framework for these transfers. The Site’s other data is stored on servers located in France.

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights over your personal data:
- right of access, rectification and erasure;
- right to restriction of processing;
- right to object;

To exercise these rights, send your request to: contact@nutriton-sante.com. You will receive a reply within one month. Proof of identity may be requested if there is reasonable doubt about the identity of the person making the request.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL): www.cnil.fr, CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07.
