Tips
20.9 g of carbohydrate: that is the brioche. No other cold meat in this family contains any. Brioche sausage is therefore a complete dish rather than a starter: starchy food and meat in the same slice.
A slice weighs 80 g: count 242 kcal. Two slices with a salad make a decent lunch. There is no need to add bread.
It is less fatty than most sausages. 17.4 g of fat, against 33.1 g for a dry-cured sausage: the brioche “dilutes” the product, which is an advantage here.
1.38 g of salt is moderate. A slice provides 1.1 g, or 22% of the daily guideline.
It counts towards the processed meat guideline. 150 g a week, all products combined. The brioche changes nothing in that count, since the sausage is still there.
