The short answer
Miniweight’s Brûle Graisse is a guarana capsule, so a caffeine capsule, with a little green coffee, matcha, cola and fennel. The composition is published and the usage precautions are serious, which puts it above PhenQ. But it costs 1.89 EUR a day for the equivalent of a little over one espresso, and its results figures rest on a self-assessment by 18 users. None of its ingredients has a recognised slimming effect in Europe.

What the brand does well
A clear composition and precautions
Each ingredient is dosed, the caffeine content is stated, and the page advises against the product for pregnant or breastfeeding women, people sensitive to caffeine, and in cases of heart problems, ulcers or hyperthyroidism, and forbids it for under-12s. That is what you expect from a stimulant-based supplement, and what PhenQ does not do.
Good customer service
On Trustpilot, the brand scores 4.7 out of 5 across 369 reviews and replies to 80% of negative reviews, generally within 24 hours.
What you need to know before buying
A very high price for caffeine
The formula rests on 500 mg of guarana extract, which provides most of the 115 mg of caffeine. That is a little more than an espresso, for 1.89 EUR a day, or 56.81 EUR a month. If caffeine helps you keep going, a black coffee without sugar does the same job for a few pence.
Results drawn from 18 people
The page announces that 94% of users saw their belly deflate and 67% reduced their waist measurement. In small print: « test carried out as a self-assessment on 18 users ». With no control group and no objective measurement, these figures allow no conclusion. Likewise, the site highlights « 6,000+ reviews » at 96% five stars, collected by the brand itself; on Trustpilot, the share of five-star reviews falls to 84%.
A pitch that promises too much
The page suggests taking the capsules daily « to make up for a few indulgent excesses ». No capsule makes up for dietary excess. The very name « Brûle Graisse » (fat burner) promises an effect that none of its ingredients has demonstrated.
No slimming claim is authorised for these plants
In the European Union, a supplement can only claim an effect on weight if the claim appears in the European register. For caffeine, guarana, green tea or green coffee, the applications were examined by EFSA and none was authorised: the link with weight loss was not judged to be established. The few authorised claims concern other ingredients, such as konjac glucomannan, at 3 g a day as part of a calorie-restricted diet.
Customer reviews
On Trustpilot, on 24/09/2026: 4.7 out of 5 across 369 reviews, of which 199 in the last twelve months, split into 84% five stars, 11% four, 1% three, 1% two and 3% one star. The brand is based in Menton. A good rating measures satisfaction with a service; it does not prove that a capsule helps you lose weight.
Our verdict
Honest about its composition, not about its effects. If you want caffeine to get through your workouts, a coffee is enough. If you want to lose weight, neither guarana nor matcha will replace a calorie deficit. We have also reviewed PhenQ and Brûlafine.
