In summary

Brûlafine is the cheapest of the three slimming capsules reviewed, at 26.50 EUR a month, and publishes its doses: 230 mg of EGCG and 44.6 mg of caffeine a day. Published doses and a reasonable price

The page details the EGCG and caffeine content of each ingredient, which PhenQ does not. At 0.88 EUR a day, Brûlafine costs less than half of Miniweight’s Brûle Graisse.

What you need to know before buying

Studies quoted wrongly

The website claims that a 2018 meta-analysis shows that « caffeine reduces weight, BMI and body fat by 17% to 28% ». The study, covering 606 people, says something else: each doubling of the caffeine dose increases the observed effect by 17 to 28%. That is not a 17 to 28% weight loss. The site also credits the 2007 trial on 583 mg of catechins to « the renowned NAASO »: it was run by the laboratories of Kao, a Japanese manufacturer, and published in that association’s journal. Brûlafine provides 230 mg of EGCG, not the 583 mg of catechins used in the trial.

An EFSA opinion presented as favourable

Under the green tea « slimming benefits », the site writes that these effects « have been the subject of an EFSA opinion ». That is correct, but the opinion concluded that the link was not established, and no slimming claim is authorised for green tea.

The appetite suppressant is under-dosed

Konjac glucomannan is one of the few ingredients authorised to claim a contribution to weight loss in Europe, provided you take 3 g a day, in three 1 g doses with water, as part of a calorie-restricted diet. C-Konjac provides 1.5 g at the recommended dose. The one-month pack, at 49.70 EUR, costs exactly the price of the two products bought separately.

The warnings on green tea

At high doses, the EGCG in green tea extracts has been linked to liver damage, and Europe has regulated these extracts since 2022: less than 800 mg of EGCG a day, and label warnings, such as not taking it on an empty stomach or combining it with other green tea products. Brûlafine stays well below that ceiling, but we did not find these warnings on the pages of the site that we consulted.

No slimming claim is authorised for these plants

In the European Union, a supplement can only claim an effect on weight if the claim appears in the European register. For caffeine, guarana, green tea or green coffee, the applications were examined by EFSA and none was authorised: the link with weight loss was not judged to be established. The few authorised claims concern other ingredients, such as konjac glucomannan, at 3 g a day as part of a calorie-restricted diet.

Customer reviews

We found no Trustpilot page for brulafine.com on 24/09/2026. The site claims « more than 200,000 customers », a figure we cannot verify.

Our verdict

The cheapest and most transparent of the three, but not more effective. Its caffeine and EGCG doses are modest, and its sales pitch distorts the studies. If you want to try konjac, choose a product that provides 3 g a day. We have also reviewed PhenQ and Miniweight.
