The short answer

Nutrimea is the cheapest in our price checks on zinc and chromium, and among the cheapest on the intimate flora probiotic. On most other products, it sits between 11 and 87% above the best benchmark, and its omega-3 costs four times more per gram. Two pages have accuracy problems: its vitamin D states « 3,000 IU » for 50 µg, which is 2,000 IU, and its spirulina claims vitamin B12. As for customers: 4.4 out of 5, but 15% one-star reviews and no replies to negative reviews.

Where Nutrimea is the best

Zinc: 12.5 mg as citrate for 0.12 EUR per day, the cheapest of our six benchmarks, and a dose that nearly covers the highest Anses reference. Chromium: 250 µg as picolinate for 0.15 EUR per day, with the European claim on blood sugar; however, the dose exceeds the 50 to 200 µg that the brand itself presents as usual. The intimate flora probiotic contains Lactobacillus crispatus for 0.63 EUR per day, but with no strain code: it is impossible to trace the studies on the exact strain, unlike Nutri&Co’s, which costs 3 cents more.

Two pages to correct

Vitamin D3 is presented as « 3,000 IU » and, on the same page, as « 50 µg ». But 50 µg of vitamin D is 2,000 IU. The two figures cannot both be true, and we could not calculate a reliable price. At 50 µg per day, the dose stays below the Anses limit of 100 µg.

The spirulina shows 2.4 µg of vitamin B12, « 96% of NRV ». Spirulina mainly contains B12 analogues, which the body does not use: a vegan relying on this figure would think they were covered when they are not. Our spirulina comparison and our guide to B12 supplementation go into this point. The spirulina itself, grown in Inner Mongolia with published certificates of analysis, costs 9.22 EUR per 100 g.

Where it is too expensive

The omega-3 combines fish oil and krill, for 289 mg of EPA and 193 mg of DHA per day: less than the Anses benchmark of 500 mg of EPA and DHA, for 1.31 EUR per gram, four times the price of Nutrimuscle’s Epax omega-3. The Peptan collagen and the vitamin B12 cost 86 to 87% more than the best benchmarks, and the vitamin C capsules 66% more than Dynveo’s, not to mention the powder.

Its turmeric provides 153 mg of curcuminoids per day, exactly the ceiling of 153 mg of curcumin set by Anses for supplements. The brand itself advises not exceeding a two-week course.

On the positive side: product quality, fast shipping and careful packaging. On the negative side: difficulties on the mobile site, delays or delivery problems, bottles judged impractical and side effects reported by some customers. With 15% one-star reviews, this is the highest rate of the brands we have measured, and the brand does not reply to them.

Who it is for, in practice

Yes for zinc and chromium, the cheapest in our price checks.

Buy elsewhere for omega-3, collagen, vitamin B12, vitamin C and melatonin: the same active ingredients cost from 66% to four times less at other brands. And do not count on its spirulina for your B12.

How we put this review together

We have not tested these products and we do not claim to have. This review draws on two verifiable sources: our price and composition checks on the brand’s official website, converted to the price of the active ingredient and compared with the benchmarks in our comparisons; and aggregated customer reviews, checked on Trustpilot on 24/09/2026. A customer review measures the buying experience, not how effective a supplement is.
