The short answer

Nat&Form is the most contrasting brand in our price checks. Across thirteen products, it is the cheapest on three: magnesium, hyaluronic acid and melatonin. On the other hand, it is among the most expensive on four others: omega-3, vitamin B12, collagen and ashwagandha, up to 2.9 times the price of the best benchmark. And its spirulina gives neither origin nor analysis. With Nat&Form, the product you choose matters more than the brand.

Where Nat&Form is the best

The cheapest magnesium, and without oxide

At 0.150 EUR per 100 mg of elemental magnesium, its bisglycinate is the cheapest of the six we compared, and it is a bisglycinate on its own, with no magnesium oxide. Over a year at 300 mg per day, it costs 164 EUR, against 364 EUR for the most expensive in the comparison. One drawback: the added vitamin B6 is pyridoxine hydrochloride, not the active form that some competitors offer.

Two well-placed niche products

Its hyaluronic acid is the cheapest per gram in the three-month format, at 1.39 EUR, with a genuine sodium hyaluronate; it is, however, dosed at 350 mg, almost three times the 120 mg used in studies. Its liposomal melatonin at 1.9 mg costs 0.31 EUR per day, the cheapest in our comparison. Its chromium picolinate, at 0.19 EUR per day, comes second behind Nutrimea’s.

Where it is too expensive

On Epax omega-3, a gram of EPA and DHA costs 0.759 EUR, 2.4 times the price of Nutrimuscle’s Epax omega-3 in the large format. On vitamin B12, the 1,000 µg capsule costs 0.383 EUR, nearly three times Dieti Natura’s, for the same methylcobalamin. The Naticol collagen and the KSM-66 ashwagandha cost 46 to 50% more than at Dynveo.

Three points to watch

The spirulina mentions neither the origin of the alga nor its contaminant analyses. Yet spirulina absorbs heavy metals from its growing environment: this is the first criterion of our comparison, and it does not meet it.

The « liposomal » zinc is zinc oxide coated in lecithin, as the ingredients list indicates. The bisglycinate in our comparison benchmarks is a different form. The capsule contains 15 mg, above the reference value: be careful not to stack it with a multivitamin.

The turmeric is the cheapest formula per day in our comparison, but its page does not give the curcumin content, which makes it impossible to place the dose against the ceiling of 153 mg per day set by Anses.

Who it is for, in practice

Yes for magnesium, hyaluronic acid and melatonin: on these three products, our price checks rank it first on price.

Buy elsewhere for omega-3, vitamin B12, collagen and ashwagandha, and choose a spirulina whose analyses are published.

How we put this review together

We have not tested these products and we do not claim to have. Thirteen Nat&Form products were checked on the brand’s official website, price and composition, then converted to the price of the active ingredient and compared with the benchmarks in our comparisons. Unlike our other brand reviews, this one has no section on customer reviews: we found no Trustpilot page for Nat&Form on 24/09/2026, and reviews published on a brand’s own website are not an independent source.
