- 90 g caster sugar
- 1 pot yoghurt
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 sachet baking powder

Variations and swaps
- Chocolate and hazelnut marble cake.
- Semi-wholemeal flour.
- With chocolate chips.
- Dark chocolate icing.
Storage and making ahead
Keeps for 5 days wrapped and freezes well; stays moist for several days.
💡 Good to know
For a lovely marbled effect, pour the two batters in alternating layers, then simply run a knife through in a zigzag: do not mix too much, or the colours merge.
