Nutritional benefits

Variations and substitutions
- Chocolate: chocolate protein powder and cocoa.
- Without protein powder: skyr or fromage blanc.
- With seasonal fruit or peanut butter.
- Lactose-free: use a plant-based drink.
Storage and making ahead
Keeps for 3 to 4 days in the fridge: prepare several jars ahead for the week.
💡 Good to know
Stir a second time 5 minutes after the first: this trick stops the seeds clumping together and gives an even texture.
